At Harven, every item is made to order specifically for you. We take quality seriously and stand behind every product we sell. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase or before the order enters production, whichever comes first. After this point your order cannot be cancelled or modified. To request a cancellation email us immediately at info@harven.store with your order number.


Quality & Production Defects

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, wrong item, or visible damage, we will make it right — no questions asked.

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will offer a free replacement or full refund at our discretion. You are not required to return the item.


Sizing

We provide detailed size guides on every product page. Since all items are custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for sizing issues. We strongly encourage all customers to review the size guide before ordering.

If you ordered the wrong size, contact us and we'll do our best to work something out as a gesture of goodwill — though this is not guaranteed and is offered at our discretion.


Change of Mind

Because every item at Harven is made on demand exclusively for you, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind once an order has been placed. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us within 30 days of your expected delivery date and we will investigate immediately. We will either locate your shipment, issue a replacement, or provide a refund depending on the outcome of the investigation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside our control. However we will always do our best to resolve the situation for you.


Shipping Delays

All items are made to order and production typically takes 3–7 business days before shipping. Delivery times vary by destination. Occasionally production or shipping delays occur due to factors outside our control — including supplier stock and carrier delays. We will proactively communicate any significant delays to you and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Delays outside our control do not qualify for refunds unless the estimated delivery window has been significantly exceeded, in which case please contact us and we will assess on a case by case basis.


Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase on our store you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy. We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly at info@harven.store before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank or payment provider. The vast majority of issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in your account being flagged and future orders declined.
