How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also visit our Track Your Order page on the website anytime for live updates. If you have any issues, contact us at info@harven.store with your order number.

How long does shipping take?

All items are made to order, so production takes 1–5 business days before shipping. Delivery times vary by destination. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at info@harven.store within 30 days and we'll sort it out.
